Venue Details & Services

The Pavilion can accommodate around 250 guests. Please discuss your seating and dancefloor requirements with our team to provide you with an exact figure.

Yes! Our magnificent hall can be used for both the ceremony and reception. We also have a garden and outdoor seating area which backs onto one of our bar areas which can also be used for the ceremony. There is also space for a large marquee in the garden.

Full exclusive use of the Pavilion which includes a large main hall, various bars / cafe area and our wonderful garden.
Event Planning & Coordination

We do not provide in-house catering. We can recommend local caterers who are frequently booked by our happy couples!

Yes, you will liaise with one of our wedding planners throughout the booking process and they will be with you on your special day for all your needs.
Booking & Availability

Please call us on 01997 420124 or email events@highlifehighland.com and we will be able to confirm availability.

We would recommend booking at least 2 years in advance to get your preferred date, but we will happily take much shorter notice bookings if the dates are available.

We require a £500 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Final settlement of the bill is to be paid 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.

Yes, we can certainly recommend suppliers we work with frequently and who our couples regularly choose! We will be happy to discuss these with you.
Policies & Restrictions

We do monitor noise levels to support the local community but we have never needed to address the noise levels to the detriment of any of the wedding or music event.

We have a fully licensed bar available to keep the celebration going! The bar closes at 1am, so last call will be announced a bit before then to give everyone time to grab their final drink.
